The year is 2007, located in Philadelphia, the Ones and Zeros factory has a booming business supplying binary to digital customers everywhere, and also a growing problem: an excess of twos, the toxic by-product of binary manufacturing. Concerned about the effect of so many twos on the local environment, the factory assigned its top scientists the responsibility of inventing a sustainable solution.
After months of experiments, research, and dead-ends, a breakthrough! Harold was created, a veritable two-eating machine. Let loose in the Ones and Zeros factory, Harold quickly gobbled up all those pesky excess twos and, still hungry, the voracious monster turned his attention to the contents of the break room fridge.
As the noon whistle blew, the Ones and Zeros workers returned to the break room to find the fridge empty and Harold, sitting full and quiet next to it, except for the occasional burp. At first they were outraged, but then Harold opened his mouth to reveal all their delicious lunches, intact and fresh as ever!
Thus, Harold the Lunch Monster earned his name and now, thanks to Ones and Zeros Fashions, you can have your very own Lunch Monster to protect your meals. Enjoy!
Hello, and welcome to the Ones and Zeros website! I'm designer Samantha Terry, and here at Ones and Zeros Fashions, I create stylish and functional garments and accessories inspired by robots, gadgets, the future, and all things digital.
Involved in the arts since childhood, I attended college at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore, MD. After graduating with a BFA in Fiber Art in 2004, I relocated to Philadelphia and began working as a costumer for a local costume shop, and on productions such as Drexel University's Rocky Horror Show.
